Gift Cards Help

For all requests please ensure you email us the following information:

• Name or email address of the original purchaser of the gift card
• Date of the original purchase
• Expiry date of the gift card
• Full card serial number of the card or a photo, copy or PDF of the voucher (digital or physical)
• Preferred refund method

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• For gift cards purchased before 1 June 2025: refunds will only be possible in person, for a wine or cash equivalent
• For gift cards purchased after 1 June 2025: refunds can be offered to the original payment method (credit card) online, as well as in person cash or wine equivalent. You can also purchase wine online easily at teaklewines.com. 
  
  

Once we receive all the required information, we will treat your request as soon as possible and you will receive a notification that the refund has been processed, or with a time to come collect a cash refund.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to treat any request with missing information, or any request received after March 29th 2026.
