Venue Accessibility
Our vineyard, cellar door, and the Line & Label restaurant have been designed with comfort and accessibility in mind. Below is an overview of the features we currently provide:

- Accessible parking bays located close to the main entrance
- Flat, non-slip flooring throughout the venue
- Accessible bathroom facilities compliant with Australian Standards (AS 1428.1)
- Clear, easy-to-read signage across the property
- Seating available with and without armrests
- Quiet spaces available on request for guests with sensory needs
- Service animals warmly welcomed across all areas
- Staff trained in providing respectful, inclusive service

We take pride in offering a dining environment that caters to all guests, including those with sensory sensitivities. Our Line & Label Restaurant features:

- Thoughtful architectural design that enhances acoustics and comfort
- Private dining space, available upon request
- Recognition for excellence in dining space design, having received the Best Building Excellence Award in at the Master Builders SA Awards

Planning Your Visit
We understand that planning is key. Here’s some helpful information:
🚗 Parking & Access
- Dedicated accessible parking is available near our main entrance.
- There’s a flat, bitumen pathway from the car park to the front door.
- Drop-off zones are available for guests requiring closer access.
🐾 Assistance Animals
All service animals are warmly welcomed throughout the property. We’re happy to provide water bowls or a quiet space if needed, just let our team know.
👫 Carers and Companions
We support the Companion Card program. Guests with valid cards are welcome to bring a companion at no additional charge for ticketed events. Please mention this when booking.
Events & Group Bookings
Hosting an event or group experience? Let us know your access requirements in advance and we’ll do everything we can to tailor the experience. We can provide:
- Reserved accessible seating
- Lower-light or reduced-noise environments
- Dietary-friendly menus
- Assistance with check-in or guided entry
We encourage all guests to share any needs when making a reservation, so we can ensure a seamless and enjoyable visit.
