A message from Ben Teakle

To all our valued customers, 

As you’ve probably seen, earlier this week we shared the sad news that our winery, cellar door and restaurant will close at the end of March.

Over the past ten years our amazing team has created something truly special – serving incredible food and producing award-winning wine.

But now it’s time for this chapter to come to an end. Running a boutique vineyard and chef-hatted restaurant in a remote location takes an enormous commitment, especially when we’ve set ourselves such high standards.

There’s nothing we would have done differently and the timing of this means we’re going out on a high. We recently won our seventh chef hat and it’s been a bumper summer.

We’re grateful to all our wonderful customers. Our heartfelt thanks for entrusting us with your celebrations – it’s been our absolute pleasure to be there for the special occasions, the milestones and the shared moments with family and friends. People have always been at the heart of our story.

We’ve seriously enjoyed sharing our food and wine with you and our team would love to host you one last time. March 29 will be our last trading day and we’ll be finding ways to share stories and raise a glass together over the coming weeks.

Whether you book into Line & Label for a final dining experience in our hatted restaurant, visit the Cellar Door for a tasting or bring the family for shared plates on The Lawn, we can’t wait to celebrate what has been a truly amazing ride.
